A plain-language notice for this development website. Updated November 7, 2026.
Scope
This notice describes the features implemented on this website. It is not a privacy policy for a released wearable, mobile application, clinical study or separate commercial program. Those services will need their own applicable notices.
Your browser interactions
The product-interest guide and app illustration run in your browser. They do not connect to a wearable, read health measurements or send your selections to a Synseer database. No advertising pixel or third-party analytics script has been added to this site.
We do not set an application tracking cookie or use browser storage for the interest guide. The hosting platform may process technical request information and use its own access controls. Consult the applicable platform privacy information for that processing.
Website inquiries
When you submit a partner inquiry, we record your business contact details, organization, sector, job title, area of responsibility, and project description in the Synseer Partner Network. Authorized Synseer staff use the record to review the inquiry and respond, and the management hubs track its status.
Synseer can send an acknowledgment and follow-ups about your inquiry. General contact and launch update forms prepare a message for you to review and send through your email app. Share only what we need for your request. Keep medical records, payment details, identity documents, and children’s information out of website inquiries.
Children
The inquiry route is intended for adults. The separate EarPets research concept is not a child registration page. Participation in any study requires a specific protocol and appropriate consent process.
Questions and requests
For questions about a website inquiry or a privacy request, contact john.martino@synseer.ai with a brief description of what you need. Do not send sensitive identification documents in an initial request. This notice does not claim a retention period or product-data control that has not been implemented.
